Meet

Greg Gibson

Greg is a Co-Founder and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pets4Life LLC. Greg is excited to be using the expertise gained throughout his career to help create a truly unique business that is focused on improving the health and lives of animals.

Prior to this role, Greg has served as President/CEO of businesses in industries that include healthcare, publishing, real estate, and manufacturing. He has extensive experience in managing teams, analyzing investments, crisis management, and developing and implementing strategic plans. He has spent over 18 years in private equity, founded companies and worked with existing companies and served on various boards of directors while working closely with senior leadership teams.

Previous roles include: CEO, Treatment Magazine; Managing Director, Aldine Capital; and Director of Acquisitions at two private firms.

Greg received his MBA from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University (1999), and his BA from The University of Michigan (1987).

Greg is also the proud father of three boys: Luke, Ben and Sam, and spends a lot of time keeping up with his dog Bo.

Meet

Meg Gibson Revord

Meg is a Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pets4Life LLC. Animals and healthcare are Meg’s passions, and she is excited to bring to life the Pets4Life business model – delivering one-stop shop healthcare and services to pets and their owners.

Prior to Pets4Life, Meg served as a senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. For over 30 years, Meg has helped businesses navigate critical business/legal issues including M&A, investments, restructurings, fundraising, crisis management, succession planning, HR matters and incentive compensation, union/pension issues, litigation and risk management, regulatory/financial/accounting issues, as well as corporate governance, compliance and best practices. Meg served in various management positions within the firm, including for 12 years as Chair and Co-Chair of the budget committee overseeing expenses for each firm business line ($3b+ revenues), including legal, IT, insurance, HR, finance, marketing.

Meg believes strongly in giving back to the community and serves in many charitable roles including:

  • The Gift of Adoption Fund, National Board Past President- Kenilworth Union Church, Board of Trustees, Past President and Executive Committee
  • Northwestern University Law Board, Member
  • Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, Keystone Board Member
  • University of Michigan, Dean’s Advisory Council

Meg has received numerous media accolades as a top lawyer in her field, including being named one of “The Most Influential Women Lawyers in Chicago” by Crain’s Chicago Business. For her work in the adoption field, she was awarded the Angels in Adoption honor by the U.S. Congressional Coalition on Adoption.

Meg received her J.D from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (1987 cum laude) and her BA from The University of Michigan (1984 with honors).

Meg’s family includes her son Michael, daughter Kate and husband Mike, as well as their current rescued pets: Vicki (Siberian husky), Aspen (Siberian husky – grandpuppy), Buc (cat), Boomer (cat) and Barry (grandcat).

Francee Nachbar

Francee serves as the Office Manager of Pets4Life Animal Hospital of Highland Park. Prior to joining Pets4Life, Francee held the following positions:

  • Office Manager at Winnetka Animal Hospital (2010-2024)
  • Office Manager at Cairo Animal Hospital (1995-1997)
  • Practice Manager at Veterinary Specialty Clinic (1985-1992)

Francee has been in customer service and the veterinary field since 1985. Francee received her Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University but her true calling is helping animals. She is heavily involved with Chicagoland Lab Rescue and she is the Medical Coordinator and a board member. When Francee is not happily greeting our clients and patients, she enjoys as much time near the water as possible. She shares this time with her husband, son, her sassy Rottweiler/Lab Mix, Presley, her silly Doberman Mix, Comet, and her Lab/Shepherd Mix, Star.

Kate Revord

Kate Revord serves as Retail and Marketing Manager for Pets4Life LLC. Prior to joining Pets4Life, Kate has held the following positions:

  • Keyence: Client Service Specialist (2023)
  • Kenilworth Union Church: Associate Youth Director (2020-2022)
  • Gift of Adoption: Social Media Manager (2020)
  • Northwestern Legal Clinic - Center on Wrongful Convictions: Intern (2018)
  • Lake Forest College: Student Athlete (2020-2021)
  • Wagner Farm: Assistant Livestock Manager (2014-2016)

Kate attended University of Iowa and received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Musical Theater from Lake Forest College. Growing up in the northern suburbs of Chicago with a home full of pets has shaped her love of animals. She resides in Oak Park with her rescue Siberian husky, Aspen.

Jay Mellon

Jay serves as a retail consultant. Jay has enjoyed a lifetime of loving and caring for animals. She had a childhood filled with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and hamsters. She also remembers the frustration of being too young to ride her older sister’s pony.

She graduated from the University of Illinois  with a degree in political science and psychology. She also took several courses in companion animal and equine management.  

She has worked as a veterinary assistant and today is a loving mother to three daughters, a dog, a cat, and a horse.

Jody Fisher

Jody serves as a Retail Consultant at Pets4Life and has spent a lifetime caring for and loving all creatures great and small. She graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in political science and has worked in both corporate and non-profit sectors.

She lives with her husband on the North Shore and has raised two children.  Jody also has two Goldendoodles, named Kane and Bear, who she loves going on long walks with and taking to the beach.
